These terms govern access to the Livoko AI website and to Livoko Studio. By using the service, you agree to this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Provider​

The service is provided by Shenzhen Yuanshuo Zhihui Technology Co., Ltd. Livoko AI and Livoko Studio are product names of that company.

Accounts​

If account registration is offered, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping login credentials confidential. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

AI Features​

Livoko Studio may include features that generate video, images, or other media from prompts and source files you provide. Generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing output before you use or publish it.

User Content and Intellectual Property​

You retain rights in the prompts, scripts, and files you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that material as needed to operate the features you use. Livoko AI, Livoko Studio, and related marks remain our intellectual property.

Prohibited Conduct​

You may not use the service to create or distribute unlawful content, to infringe other people's rights, to attempt to disrupt or probe the service, or to reverse engineer features except where applicable law allows. We may refuse requests that appear to violate these limits.

AI-Generated Content Labels​

Where applicable law requires AI-generated or synthetic content to be labeled, you must keep those labels intact and not present generated output as an unaltered record of real events.

Fees and Refunds​

Paid plans, if offered, will state prices, billing periods, and refund rules at the time of purchase. This page does not create a price list. Unless a paid offer says otherwise, fees already charged are not automatically refundable.

Service Changes​

We may add, change, or discontinue features, including model backends, without promising that a particular capability will remain available. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes when practical.

Disclaimers​

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that generated content will meet professional, legal, or production requirements.

Enforcement​

If you breach these terms, we may remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or stop providing the service. Those steps are in addition to any rights available under law.

Updates​

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after the updated page is posted means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

Governing Law and Disputes​

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties agree that disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the people's courts of Longgang District, Shenzhen, as the exclusive agreed venue.
