This page describes how Livoko AI, operated by Shenzhen Yuanshuo Zhihui Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"), may process information when you visit this website or use Livoko Studio. It is a pre-launch notice. Where a practice depends on features that are not yet live, we describe it as conditional instead of claiming that it already happens.

This policy covers the public Livoko AI website and Livoko Studio if you create an account or otherwise use the product. It does not cover websites, models, or tools that we do not operate.

We do not claim that every category is collected on every visit.

If we process information, we use it to respond to inquiries, operate Livoko Studio, communicate about the service, and meet legal obligations. This site does not include a contact form; email is the intended channel.

We intend to use access controls and transport encryption supported by the hosting environment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and this page does not claim certifications or controls that have not been verified.

Cross-Border Processing​

Infrastructure or model providers may be located outside mainland China. If that is the case for the production stack, information you provide could be processed in other jurisdictions. Those transfers will be described more specifically once the stack is confirmed.

Your Rights​

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold, or object to certain processing. Email yuanshou@livoko.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Children​

Livoko Studio is not directed at children. If you believe we have received personal information from a child, contact us so we can delete it where required.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The revised text will be posted on this page.
